Pets Paradise - The Pet Care Specialists

Do your puppies have papers?
When we sell our puppies we provide a legally binding document specifying the breed. We only sell our puppies for pets, not for breeding or show purposes so they will not necessarily have pure breed papers.

What happens to the puppies at night?
Our puppies remain in their pens overnight. Our stores are completely blacked out from the outside light so the animals can sleep.  We also encourage our customers to keep their new puppy in a confined space when they take them home.

Do the animals get exercised during the day?
These babies sleep for 16-18 hours per day at this age. During their awake time they get plenty of exercise space. For their own health and safety, – pups are kept isolated as much as possible.

What happens to the animals you don’t sell?
We always find homes for all of our animals. This usually happens fairly quickly, but for those that don’t sell, we may move them to another store or reduce their price.

Are those puppies and kittens too young to be taken from their mother?
All of our animals are fully weaned when they come into our stores. We must meet State regulations for the age and size of the animal and we also vet check all of our livestock. We never take any animals we suspect may be under age.

Is it cruel keeping puppies in those pens.
Our puppies receive the best care possible and we aim to exceed all of the care standards in the pet supply industry. They are regularly socialised with people so that they adjust quickly when they go to their new home.  Our pen also have built to change in size so when we have larger breeds we can also accommodate them.
